Return & Replacement Policy
At Kaliido, each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality. Due to the delicate nature of jewellery, we follow a limited return policy.
โ Eligible for Replacement
We offer replacement only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received an incorrect item
๐ The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Clear unboxing video (mandatory)
- Photos showing the issue
Once verified, weโll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
โ Not Eligible for Return / Refund
- Change of mind
- Minor colour differences (may occur due to lighting/screens)
- Wear & tear or damage after use
- Claims without an unboxing video
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

- Verification: 1โ2 business days
- Replacement dispatch: 3โ5 business days after approval
