What is Kaliido’s Shipping Policy?
At Kaliido, we aim to deliver your products in excellent condition and as quickly as possible.
The estimated delivery time is 5–6 days from the date of purchase, depending on the delivery location.
To help ensure timely delivery, please make sure:
• Your address includes House/Flat Number, Floor, Street Name, Locality & Landmark
• Your City, State & PIN Code are accurate
•Your mobile number is correct and reachable for delivery-related communication
If you receive a damaged parcel, please do not accept it and immediately inform us at:

Note: All orders are packed securely with tamper-proof packaging before dispatch. Since shipments go through multiple handling stages by courier partners, Kaliido will not be responsible for missing products if a damaged parcel is accepted.

• Orders ₹499 or above* — Free Delivery
• Orders below ₹499 — ₹60 shipping fee
Shipping charges remain the same regardless of order weight or number of items.
Each order can be delivered to one shipping address only. To send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

All orders placed on Kaliido are shipped through trusted logistics partners such as:

No. Currently, Kaliido ships only within India.

Cancellation & Modifications
What is Kaliido’s Cancellation Policy?
We strive to fulfill all orders, but certain circumstances may require cancellation:
•Product unavailability or stock issues
•Pricing or listing errors
•Payment verification issues
•Fraud or security concerns
If your prepaid order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
You may also cancel your order before it is packed at our warehouse. Any paid amount will be refunded based on original payment mode and banking timelines.
